    Finding companies, sizing markets (TAM/SAM/SOM), and building a thesis.

    Diligence & evaluation

    Reading a team, a product, and traction.

  4. Weeks 7–8

    Valuation & deal terms

    Cap tables, dilution, and the mechanics of a term sheet.

  5. Weeks 9–10

    The pitch & negotiation

    A mock startup pitch competition capped by live term-sheet negotiations.
